PIN and Face ID
The app locks on every launch and opens with a 6-digit PIN or Face ID.
Device and session management
See the devices connected to your account and end any session you don't recognise with one tap.
Address validation
Withdrawal addresses are checked for format and network compatibility as you type; invalid addresses can't be submitted.
Address book
Save the addresses you use often and avoid pasting the wrong one.
Automatic sign-out
The session ends after a period of inactivity; a PIN or Face ID is required to return.
What you can do
- Keep your 2FA backup key offline.
- Never reuse your password on another service.
- Double-check the network and address before depositing.
- EX5 Wallet will never ask for your password or 2FA code.
